    1. General Terms
      1. In these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions and the Wing Lok Street Dried Seafood ( Hong Kong ) Online Flagship Store Special Terms (as defined below) (collectively, the "Terms and Conditions"), "Wing Lok Street Dried Seafood" or "we" or "us" refers to Wing Lok Street Dried Seafood business under Wing Lok Street Dried Seafood (Hong Kong) Limited, and "Customer" or "you" refers to any individual, organization or company that orders goods or services from us. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or our application (collectively referred to as the "E-Store"). By using the e-Store or any part thereof, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and accept and agree to be bound by them.
      2. We make every effort to ensure that the prices, information and sizes of products listed on the e-store are updated. We reserve the right to change the prices of goods without prior notice. All orders are subject to acceptance at our sole discretion and subject to stock availability.
      3. We make every effort to ensure that the products listed on the e-store are in stock. If any product is unavailable to customers due to out of stock, we have the right to offer a substitute product of the same type and price.
      4. All orders are subject to final confirmation depending on the availability of the relevant goods. If we are unable to provide any products or services ordered, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the order.
    2. User Registration
      1. You must register as our user (online or otherwise) before you can order goods or services in the e-store. When you register, you promise to:
  • Provide true, accurate, current and complete personal information as required;
  • You must ensure that your username and password are kept safe;
  • Only you or someone authorized by you may log in to the e-store using your username and password;
  • We have the absolute discretion to reject any new user application and terminate any registered user without providing any reason.
  • If there are any changes to your registered information, you can log in to your account to update or immediately notify Wing Lok Street Seafood Customer Service Department by phone or email to ensure that we can bring you the latest information.
  • If your account has not been used for a certain period of time (currently 3 years), for your and our protection, we will consider that you no longer use the account and will invalidate it. All points and/or e-vouchers in your account will also be cancelled (if applicable). If you wish to shop at the e-store again, you must apply for a new account.
  • Privacy Protection

In order to protect your privacy rights in respect of your personal data, we ensure that our policies and practices in relation to the collection, use, retention, transfer and access of personal data comply with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) of the Laws of Hong Kong.     1. Payment Methods
      1. The e-shop accepts payment by credit card, debit card or other designated electronic payment methods specified by us. The value of all goods is calculated in Hong Kong dollars. The prices of products in the e-store may differ from those in our physical stores. The prices of products are subject to the prices shown in the e-store on the day of ordering.
      2. All goods ordered online are subject to availability at our sole discretion. You will receive a final purchase receipt for record keeping when you receive the goods (upon delivery or in-store pickup).
      3. To provide safe and reliable online shopping services, e-store transactions use Transport Layer Security (TLS). All personal information including your credit card number, name, address, etc. will be encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet to prevent your information from being read by unauthorized third parties while being transmitted online. To review your security certificate details, you can right-click during checkout and select "Properties" and "Certificate."

      1. Basis of supply : We sell and deliver products only to final consumers. We do not sell our products for resale. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are purchasing our products for purposes other than your own use, we have the right to refuse or cancel your order.
      2. Force majeure : If we are unable to accurately provide the products or services you require due to force majeure (including natural disasters, fire, flood, accidents, riots, war, government policies, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failure or any circumstances beyond our control), we will not be liable to the user or any third party.
      3. You may not assign, transfer or in any other manner transfer any rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any other person without our prior written consent.
      4. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed illegal or invalid, such provision will be deleted and will not affect the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
      5. These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, understandings and agreements.
      6. We reserve the right to amend, modify or supplement all or any of the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to you.
      7. In case of any disputes, we reserve the right to make the final decision. The Chinese translation of these Terms and Conditions is for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the original Chinese version shall prevail.
      8. These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and you and we are subject to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. We may amend or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice to you.

Wing Lok Street Seafood Electronic Store Special Terms ( Special Terms )

These Special Terms are in addition to the above Online Shopping Terms and Conditions and apply to your orders in the e-shop. In case of any ambiguity, the special terms and conditions of Wing Lok Street Seafood Electronic Store shall prevail.

  1. Payment terms of Wing Lok Street Seafood
    1. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
    2. The maximum purchase amount per transaction is:
  • Visa / MasterCard / American Express: HKD200,000
  • Paypal: HKD 100,000
  • Apple Pay: HKD500
  • Google Pay: HKD500

Note: When entering your credit card number, do not enter spaces or dashes.

    1. Electronic stores use designated credit card purchase protection services (such as Visa Verified Service and MasterCard Secure Code Service) to allow you to shop online with peace of mind and security when using Visa and MasterCard cards. The service uses a unique PIN or security code to ensure that you are the only person authorized to use the card. You should use a valid credit card in your own name for online purchases.
    2. Wing Lok Street Seafood Cash Coupons : The e-store does not accept physical cash coupons issued by Wing Lok Street Seafood.
    3. If there are additional delivery and/or installation charges, these will be confirmed separately prior to your payment.
    4. You must collect/arrange delivery and installation within 30 days after we accept your order. If you fail to collect/arrange delivery and installation within 30 days, the payment will be forfeited and cannot be used to purchase/exchange other products.
  1. Ordering Information
    1. The e-store only accepts orders to a designated billing address for delivery in Hong Kong or Macau, or for self-collection at a designated physical store located in Hong Kong or Macau.
    2. When you order products from us, you agree to make shopping requests to Wing Lok Street Seafood in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Once we have received your order, we will notify you and confirm receipt of the order. This response does not mean that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order if we are unable to provide any ordered products or services, or if there are payment problems with the credit card you use or for any other reason. If we are unable to provide any products or services you have ordered, we will notify you by telephone or email.
    3. Once your order request is accepted by us, we will confirm the order with you and inform you of the time and date for delivery/pickup at the designated physical store.
    4. If the gift included with your order has run out, we will notify you accordingly. You have the right to accept another gift we suggest, choose to cancel the order or continue to purchase the product.
  2. Delivery service (for orders delivered to a specified delivery address)
    1. For every purchase of HK$3000 or above, you can enjoy free standard delivery service (details are included in the invoice). If you choose delivery during certain designated times, we may charge an additional fee.
    2. When the amount of your purchase is less than HK$ 3,000 , you can pay the additional fee specified by us and enjoy the delivery service to deliver the goods to the designated delivery address.
    3. Delivery service is limited to fixed addresses only, and the service coverage includes (i) Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan, or (ii) Macau. Please call Wing Lok Street Dried Seafood Customer Service Department for details of the delivery service arrangement.
    4. Delivery service is not available to non-fixed addresses, restricted areas, outlying islands, warehouses, or locations where delivery cannot be made via stairs and entry must be made via the terrace.
    5. If the delivery address is not directly accessible by lift, we will charge an additional service fee for each floor, excluding the ground floor. For particularly large shipments and other charges, cash will be collected by the courier. Please contact Customer Service for details of additional charges.
    6. Delivery service hours are from 1pm to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
    7. Once you place an order on the e-shop, if the order is accepted by us, we will confirm the delivery time and date with you. However, due to the delay in the bank approval of the credit card you used, the delivery date will be adjusted accordingly. The courier will call you before the goods arrive to ask you to check whether the ordered goods are complete, and the recipient will write his or her name and sign on the delivery note to confirm receipt of the goods.
    8. All delivery dates and times are estimated delivery dates and times. Wing Lok Street Dried Seafood will not be held responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer due to delivery delays.
    9. If you need to change the delivery address, date and/or time, add additional items and request for delivery together, or change the items you have purchased, you must call the Wing Lok Street Seafood Customer Service Hotline ( 1pm to 6pm, excluding Sundays and public holidays) or contact us via the designated method of the e-shop at least 24 hours before delivery to make arrangements.
    10. Please note that if any Goods require installation, such installation charges will not be included in the delivery service and related charges. Installation is available at an additional cost.
    11. If the courier is unable to complete the delivery and signature for the delivery address you registered due to security issues or other reasons, we have the right to ask you to pick up the goods directly at our store instead of making any delivery arrangements.
    12. In case of any disputes, we reserve the right to make the final decision.
  3. Store Pickup Service (applicable to orders that have chosen to be collected at a designated physical store)
    1. Please go to the physical store and date selected in the e-store to collect the purchased products within 30 days.
    2. When you collect the products in store, you or your authorized representative will be required to show us the email confirming your order for identity verification. We may need you to provide further information to verify your identity (such as your full name or other personal information under your account profile). If we cannot verify that the person requesting to collect the goods is you or your authorized representative, we will refuse to allow that person to collect your order to protect your interests.
    3. Once the order is confirmed, the store you selected for pickup cannot be changed to another store.
    4. Once the order is confirmed, you cannot change other colors, styles or products unless we agree.
    5. If the store where you choose to pick up the product is closed due to weather or other factors, you can go to the store to pick up the product the next day.
  4. Exchanges and Refunds
    1. Generally, we do not accept any requests for product exchanges or order cancellations.
    2. When you receive the goods (including delivery or pick-up), you must immediately check whether the ordered goods are damaged and complete. If the product you ordered is found to be damaged, you can call our customer service department to arrange for a replacement.
    3. If we agree that you are entitled to exchange the product, but the product you request to exchange is no longer available, we will refund the relevant amount to you.
    4. Please show us the original purchase receipt or relevant electronic receipt before accepting a product exchange.
    5. We have the right to refuse to exchange the goods that have been signed for due to appearance problems or incomplete packaging. If the gift is damaged, we will arrange to resend it as soon as possible.
    6. If you find that the product does not meet your needs:
      1. Before the product is delivered, we may change the type or quantity of goods for customers at our discretion;
      2. After the product is delivered (and the package has not been opened), we may, at our discretion, replace the product with another product, subject to the customer paying a handling fee of 30% of the original product price and the difference in price (if any) between the original product and the replacement product;
      3. If the product packaging has been opened after delivery, Wing Lok Street Dried Seafood will not arrange for product replacement.
    1. Replacement items must be returned with the complete packaging.
    2. The replacement product must not be damaged, destroyed or wet.
    3. Items must be returned with any free gifts included with purchase, otherwise we will deduct the value of the free gifts from your refund.
  1. About the 10- Day Money Back Guarantee Policy ( Policy )
    1. When you or the person you designate as the recipient receives the ordered goods, you are responsible for checking the goods for defects and/or damage.
    2. If you find that the product quality does not meet normal conditions (such as mold) within 10 days of receipt, we guarantee to replace it with the same product.
    3. Items to be replaced or refunded must be tested by Wing Lok Street staff to confirm that the product quality is not in normal condition. Wing Lok Street Seafood reserves the right to make the final decision.
    4. If you are still not satisfied with the product after exchanging it in accordance with clause 6.2 above, you may return the product and apply the amount you paid to us towards the purchase of a replacement product.
    5. Under special circumstances, after consultation with our Customer Service Department and with our consent, we will refund the amount involved in online shopping to your credit card bank account (it takes about 4-6 weeks).
    6. This policy does not apply to:
    • Products that lack Wing Lok Street Seafood shopping credentials.
    • We have the shopping receipt for Wing Lok Street seafood but the products are missing.
    • Any product exchange or refund requested based on personal preference.
    • If the product is non-refundable, we will not accept the customer's refund request.

    1. We will retain ownership of the relevant products until the customer has paid the full amount of the purchased products, and the relevant risks will be deemed to have been transferred to the customer when the relevant products are delivered to the customer.
    2. In any event, we will not be liable for any loss of income (whether direct or indirect), profit or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your dealings with us.
